Mr. Mannerz is in a well-appointed town home in Buckhead, Atlanta. Mr. Mannerz is sunning on a yacht on the French Riviera. Mr. Mannerz is where you need him to be at all times. If you want Mr. Mannerz in your cramped Section 8 apartment, I'll be there, too. I won't be spending the night, but I'll be there during the day time. That's how dedicated I am.
